Being vegetarian and having protein rich foods can feel tricky, but these five items make it simple, tasty, and fast.

  1. Yogurt
    Creamy, gut-friendly, and packed with protein. Stir it into oatmeal, blend into smoothies, or eat it plain for a quick boost.
  2. Bananas
    Perfect pre-workout fuel. Slice into oats or smoothies for sweetness and energy.
  3. Paneer or cottage cheese
    A daily hero. Grill it, cube it into salads, or mix into curries for a big protein hit.
  4. Avocado
    Keeps you full and satisfied in the morning. Smash on toast, add to smoothies, or buy ready-to-use to save time.
  5. Strawberries
    My favorite fruit for a reason. Delicious with yogurt, in smoothies, or straight from the box. I Looove STRAWBERRIES ❤
