Not into hype or over-complicated stacks. These are the few supplements I take consistently that have made a real impact on my health:
Vitamin B-Complex – It boosted my energy and mental sharpness. Take after breakfast for better results.
Magnesium (Before Bed) – Improved deep sleep quality. It’s more beneficial to have 6 hours of quality sleep than 7 or 8 hours of inconsistent sleep. You will wake up actually recharged. Take an hour before bed
Creatine – How it transformed my workouts, improved strength, and recovery. Take once a day anytime, The best supplement in my opinion.
Whey Protein – It’s essential if you can’t hit your protein intake through food. It’s just absolutely necessary. – Anytime or best after workout session.
