There are so many ways to stay active. You can do weight training, hit the gym, or play volleyball or any other game. I enjoy them all. But if I had to pick one form of exercise that anyone can do, it would be walking or running.
It sounds simple, but it’s powerful.
After sitting for eight hours a day at work, I often feel stuck – mentally and physically. The moment I step outside and start walking, everything shifts. My mind clears, my body loosens up, and stress starts to fade away with every step.
Walking or running doesn’t need fancy gear or a gym membership. It’s something anyone can do, anywhere, anytime. It reminds me that movement is a form of medicine not just for the body, but for the mind too.
So whenever life feels heavy or the day feels too long, I put on my shoes and move.
That’s my roar — one step at a time : )
