Lets get a bit philosophical this time.
Most suffering comes from the constant focus on “me” or “I” thoughts — what I want, what I lack, what was done to me. When the mind revolves around the self, peace fades.
Notice when you are truly happy:
- When you are learning something that excites you.
- When you are fully absorbed in creating or building.
- When a child plays without self-awareness, sleeps deeply, and wakes ready to repeat the joy.
- when you love someone
In those moments, the ego is quiet. There is no comparison, no fear, no craving. Only presence, here and now. That is flow. That is freedom.
So loosen the grip of ego and live rooted in the present moment.
So I am happy when I am eating my fag food, watching a movie or simply telling my maa that I love her.
