At my lowest, I felt completely drained—physically and mentally. Anxiety, negative thoughts, and health struggles left me stuck in darkness. But I fought back. Here’s what worked:

  • Kept Moving:
    Progress was slow, but I kept learning and improving every day—even inch by inch. For example, I didn’t know much about English grammar, so I started with the basics: nouns and verbs. There’s no shame in starting over and sticking with it.
  • Hit the Gym:
    I committed to 3–4 sessions a week. Movement is medicine—it releases stress and rebuilds strength. Whether you walk, run, or lift weights, keep your body moving.
  • Reconnect:
    Talking openly with 2–3 trusted people helped me escape isolation. Don’t let your feelings pile up inside you—reach out and share.
  • Found Joy:
    Movies, music, writing, and spiritual talks gave me purpose and peace. Find what brings you joy.
  • A Final Thought:
    Don’t take yourself too seriously—you are not the center of the world. Sometimes, you just have to take it easy, but never give up.
