- Socialize but protect your space. Set limits 🛡️. Say NO if you feel like. Why? Not everyone deserves your vibe.

Income:
- Secure a stable job first (yes even if you hate doing it ), Secure basics first (rent, food, family necessities). Why? Until this is solved, nothing else matters.
4. Social Connections 🤝
Quality > Quantity:
- Build 1–2 trusted allies 👥 (non-judgmental, honest) to process feelings and stay grounded. Be someone from family or friends. Why? They guard your back when life tries to break you.
Interconnectedness 🔄
