How to cure your anxiety (Anxiety attack) now?
Anxiety can feel crushing, but I've learned to tame it with instant relief techniques like deep breathing and surrender, combined with long-term strategies such as venting emotions and taking baby steps. Regular physical activity and mastering the basics of sleep and nutrition have helped me break the cycle of overthinking. By embracing small wins daily, I've rewritten my story—and I believe you can too.

Anxiety can feel crushing, but I’ve learned to tame it over years. Here’s how:
Instant Relief Techniques
- Breathe 🌀: Deep breaths (harder than it sounds) to reset fight-or-flight. I know it feels impossible in the moment, but 5 or 10 seconds can actually change everything.
- Surrender 🌌: When life feels crushing and you cant find way out, let go. I once ended up in the emergency once from extreme overthinking. Now, I accept the moment when dealing with downward spiral and release control. It’s not giving up—it’s about survival of that temporary phase.
Long-Term Strategies
- Dump the Pressure Cooker : Thoughts pile up? Talk to someone you trust. Write or scream if you’re alone. ( Do not shout at strangers or loved ones) . Get those thoughts OUT in any form. Buried emotions become physical hell: mood swings, health issues, burnout.
- Baby Steps 🐾: Tackle one thing daily: smile at a stranger, cook a meal, learn math basics. Small wins build momentum.
- Physically move : Regular physical activity boosts endorphins and eases anxiety.
- Master the Basics 🛌🥗: Sleep, eat clean, hope. Check my Essentials Guide for a no-BS roadmap.
