How to cure your anxiety (Anxiety attack) now?

Anxiety can feel crushing, but I’ve learned to tame it over years. Here’s how:

  • Breathe 🌀: Deep breaths (harder than it sounds) to reset fight-or-flight. I know it feels impossible in the moment, but 5 or 10 seconds can actually change everything.
  • Surrender 🌌: When life feels crushing and you cant find way out, let go. I once ended up in the emergency once from extreme overthinking. Now, I accept the moment when dealing with downward spiral and release control. It’s not giving up—it’s about survival of that temporary phase.
  • Dump the Pressure Cooker : Thoughts pile up? Talk to someone you trust. Write or scream if you’re alone. ( Do not shout at strangers or loved ones) . Get those thoughts OUT in any form. Buried emotions become physical hell: mood swings, health issues, burnout.
  • Baby Steps 🐾: Tackle one thing daily: smile at a stranger, cook a meal, learn math basics. Small wins build momentum.
  • Physically move : Regular physical activity boosts endorphins and eases anxiety.
  • Master the Basics 🛌🥗: Sleep, eat clean, hope. Check my Essentials Guide for a no-BS roadmap.
