2. My Planning Board 📋

My full schedule of the week is here – work, gym, meals, goals – monthly or yearly. My mind is clear and I have a vision for my time – Everything is mapped out.

I spent 20 mins every Sunday for the coming week. Without it, I’d be lost. My mind feel so decluttered after this planning.

I spent 3.5 years in Canada without a car – subways, buses, trains 2 hours 1 way commute to work. Wasted so much time.
