Yosemite National Park & Family Time 🏔️

Booked the flights. Grabbed the rental car. And off I went — California, for two days.

First stop? My niece and nephew. Goovy and Rubbyaat. Adorable as ever. 💙

Some Thoughts: Parenting Is a Big Deal

Kids need constant attention. Spending a full day with them was taxing — and rewarding at the same time.

Being a parent is a real, REAL big deal. So hats off to all the parents out there.

And be a good parent — don’t impose your preconceived notions on your kids too much. Let them choose their interests, sports, and hobbies — and become who they are. 🙂

Took the whole fam to Yosemite National Park. Full day. Fully worth it.

El Capitan & The 10-Year Overnight Success

This is the wall Alex Honnold free soloed in 4 hours — no ropes, no help. It looks like an impossible feat of humankind.

But here’s the part people miss: he prepared for nearly 10 years.

Then one fine day, he woke up and decided — today’s the day. He told his camera crew: film it or don’t, I’m climbing anyway.

Everything worth achieving in life requires dedication, hard work, and smart work. Yes — connections and luck matter. But you have to put in the work to get extraordinary things done.

Planning to Visit Yosemite? Here are the quick Tips 🏞️

• Hiking Half Dome? A permit is required – and you need to be genuinely physically fit for that climb. This one’s no joke. At one point its almost 90 degrees : )
• Want the magic without the grind? Take the Mist Trail to Vernal Fall – the waterfall spray hits you like a cool natural shower. So refreshing and it’s not hard to hike there!
• Don’t miss Bridalveil Fall  – at sunset when the sunlight catches the mist, you get the most beautiful colors and its 🌈
• Parking is TOUGH – every single day of the week. Arrive early and be prepared to walk and scroll around the parking area to find a spot. If you are just visiting for a day no permit needed – if overnight you need a permit.
• Proper planning is everything. Check the official park site before you go → Yosemite National Park (nps.gov)

So make the trips, guys. You’ll always make more money, but never more time – so book that flight and hit the road!
