Bungee 🪂

I jumped off a cliff. On purpose.
Great Canadian Bungee in Chelsea, Quebec – 200 feet – 60 meters – straight down into a spring-fed lagoon. The highest bungee jump in Canada, and the only place in the Americas where you can do a full head-and-body dip in the water.
Check out full video here –
Its all about the mental preparation.
But the time between booking it and standing on that platform – that’s a mental war. Especially if you’re scared of heights.

What Actually Happens 👇
Before you go up: Decide you’re jumping. Fully. Don’t renegotiate your decision at the top.
On the platform: Don’t think. Your only job is to be present, be still, and follow the command of instructors. When they count –just jump.
The free fall: For 2–3 seconds it’s pure, weightless, unreal. Just let go of everything and fly!
The dip: I went into the water. The dip was the hardest part!

The bounce: The cord catches you and then you just… enjoy it. Scream. Let the adrenaline out. Take in the whole scene upside down.
Remember if you are planning to jump – The fear lives in the waiting\mind. Not the jump. The cord’s gonna catch you so you’ll be fine!
Bonus — Lusk Cave- pretty scary

This one’s for you, bro Rohit – he’s the one who pushed me to experience the free fall. 🙂🤝
